How to report order problems and request a return or refund.

Report an order problem
If goods are missing, damaged, incorrect, not received or otherwise need review, open the order and use its support or return/refund feature. You can also email info@lionbyte-tech.com with the order reference, affected items and an explanation. Report the issue promptly, especially for perishable goods.
Keep relevant delivery and payment evidence. Provide photos where they help explain the issue, but do not include unnecessary personal information or payment security details.
Review and resolution
The participating shop and authorised support personnel review the order, payment and delivery information. A submitted request is not automatic approval. The appropriate resolution depends on the goods, the issue, the recorded transaction, applicable rights and the shop's lawful terms.
Check support replies for any agreed return, collection, replacement or refund instructions. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address. A refund approval and a completed refund are different events; confirm the recorded outcome and contact support if it does not match what you received.
Charges and payment method
Product charges, delivery fees and other recorded charges may need separate review. The service does not promise that every delivery fee is refundable or that every dispute is resolved through the same payment method.
Refund timing depends on the agreed resolution and available payment process. No universal return window or guaranteed bank-processing time is stated here. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
